My stay at the Mercure exceeded my expectations. The rooms were comfortable but lacked storage space and were a bit noisy at times. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Berlin, being in a vibrant and diverse neighborhood. The dining options were decent, but nothing exceptional. The service was efficient overall, though there were minor issues with room entry. Despite some downsides, the experience was overall positive.
